<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading and managing terminal staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support. </li></ul><p><strong>Operations Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinating activities such as loading and unloading, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment. </li></ul><p><strong>Logistics:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods or passengers through the terminal. </li></ul><p><strong>Safety and Compliance:</strong></p><ul><li>Implementing and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations. </li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service:</strong></p><ul><li>Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed. </li></ul><p><strong>Record Keeping:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintaining accurate records of operations, inventory, and other relevant data. </li></ul><p><strong>Emergency Response:</strong></p><ul><li>Responding to emergencies and coordinating with other departments as needed. </li></ul><p><strong>Communication:</strong></p><ul><li>Keeping relevant parties informed about operational status, potential issues, and changes. </li></ul><p>Typical Duties:</p><ul><li><strong>Assigning Staff:</strong> Utilizing daily plans and forecasts to assign the appropriate staff and resources to different areas of the terminal. </li><li><strong>Monitoring Operations:</strong> Overseeing the flow of traffic, cargo, or passengers through the terminal.</li><li><strong>Troubleshooting:</strong> Identifying and resolving operational issues, such as delays, equipment malfunctions, or customer complaints. </li><li><strong>Maintenance Coordination:</strong> Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime. </li><li><strong>Training:</strong> Conducting training for staff on safety procedures, operational protocols, and other relevant topics. </li><li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Preparing and submitting reports on terminal operations, safety incidents, and other relevant data. </li></ul><p>Skills and Qualifications:</p><ul><li><strong>Supervisory Experience:</strong> Proven ability to lead and manage teams.</li><li><strong>Operational Knowledge:</strong> Understanding of terminal operations, logistics, and relevant regulations.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving Skills:</strong> Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.</li><li><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong> Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li><strong>Customer Service Skills:</strong> Ability to interact with customers professionally and resolve issues. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> H, D, V, 401K</p><p></p>
