Key Responsibilities
Identify potential candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and job boards.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific job requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs and position requirements.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Track performance metrics and meet monthly recruitment targets.
Represent The Elite Job with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven ability to source and recruit using social media, professional networks, and job boards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles preferred.
Experience in remote or commission-based environments is an advantage.
