Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (email, chat, and calls).

  • Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or technical teams as necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure all issues are resolved to the clients satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new features, policies, and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business, or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce).

  • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years experience in customer support, contact center operations, or related fields.

  • Prior experience in remote work or international customer service is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work schedule.

  • Core support coverage required during 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM WAT (West Africa Time), Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required depending on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

  • Adaptability to changing systems, policies, and customer demands.
