Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented AI Data Specialist to support our growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. In this role, you will work with diverse data sources, clean and prepare large datasets, label and categorize data, and collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure data accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, automation, and data-driven solutions and thrives in a remote, results-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and validate datasets used for AI model training and evaluation.
Perform data cleaning, normalization, and transformation to ensure consistency and usability.
Annotate and label data (text, image, audio, or video) according to project specifications.
Collaborate with machine learning engineers and researchers to optimize data pipelines.
Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standard of data accuracy.
Analyze trends and patterns to enhance model training and improve system performance.
Document data processes, procedures, and labeling guidelines for team reference.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethics, and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, Pandas).
Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning concepts, especially data labeling and training.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with AI labeling tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, SuperAnnotate) is an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data annotation, or related AI data operations.
Previous experience supporting AI/ML projects or large-scale data pipelines is preferred.
Working Hours
Flexible remote schedule.
Full-time position with core collaboration hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (as per project needs).
Occasional weekend availability for time-sensitive data projects may be required.
