The Elite Job is seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop and manage engaging online content across multiple social platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

  • Create compelling copy, visuals, and videos tailored for different audiences and platforms.

  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistency and timely delivery of posts.

  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community discussions.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and promotions through social media.

  • Optimize social media posts for maximum visibility and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.

  • Experience in managing brand pages or influencer accounts is preferred.

  • Portfolio or samples of previous content work will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working schedule with core hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
