Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a talented and linguistically skilled LLM Trainer – Multi-language to join our global AI training and development team. In this role, you will play a critical part in training and refining large language models (LLMs) to improve their fluency, accuracy, and contextual understanding across multiple languages. Key Responsibilities
Develop, curate, and annotate multilingual datasets to train and evaluate large language models.
Review and refine AI-generated text for linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and stylistic quality.
Provide detailed feedback on model outputs to improve comprehension, reasoning, and response quality.
Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to enhance language coverage, tone, and consistency.
Design and implement linguistic evaluation frameworks to measure LLM performance across languages.
Translate, transcreate, and adapt content to ensure natural and contextually appropriate communication.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive linguistic data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Translation Studies, AI, or related fields.
Fluency in at least two or more languages (e.g., English plus Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, or others).
Strong understanding of language structure, semantics, syntax, and cultural nuances.
Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) tools, text analysis, or AI model training platforms (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to evaluate, edit, and enhance large volumes of text data with high attention to detail.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in AI training, linguistic data annotation, translation, or NLP-related roles.
Prior experience working with LLMs, conversational AI, or machine translation systems is highly desirable.
Demonstrated background in content quality assurance, localization, or AI data projects will be an advantage.
Working Hours
Flexible remote schedule based on project timelines.
Expected 15–30 hours per week depending on workload and language specialization.
Availability to collaborate across multiple time zones as needed.
