Key Responsibilities
Manage and process online customer orders across various e-commerce platforms.
Monitor order status, verify payment confirmations, and update customers regarding shipping and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Track and report order metrics, refunds, and returns accurately.
Maintain updated records of all customer communications and order transactions.
Assist with product listing updates, stock management, and basic data entry tasks.
Identify recurring issues in the order process and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and order management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce support, virtual assistance, or customer service roles preferred.
