Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing remote team across Canada. This role plays a pivotal part in driving our people strategy, fostering an inclusive work culture, and supporting leaders with expert HR guidance. The HRBP will collaborate closely with senior management to align human resources initiatives with business objectives, ensuring organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
Provide strategic HR advice in areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices aligned with company objectives.
Champion employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive, high-performance culture.
Lead talent management and succession planning efforts to build leadership capabilities.
Manage conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers on employee relations matters.
Oversee compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design employee training and development plans.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR designation (CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
Proven ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or HR generalist capacity.
Experience in a remote or multi-location environment is an asset.
Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
Working Hours
Full-time position
Flexible working hours based on Canadian time zones
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
