Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
