Job Summary:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic support through live chat and email channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email with professionalism and clarity.

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, product queries, and returns in an efficient and courteous manner.

  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams while ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

  • Continuously update knowledge about Flipkarts products, policies, and promotions.

  • Provide feedback on common customer pain points to help improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.

  • Strong typing and computer skills, including familiarity with email and chat platforms.

  • Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or email support is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or CRM software is an advantage.
