Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc.).
Maintain campaign calendars, schedules, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Manage marketing assets, including content, graphics, and promotional materials.
Support social media management, including content scheduling, engagement tracking, and reporting.
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies.
Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and other client communications.
Maintain organized records of campaigns, analytics, and project documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a marketing assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with visual content creation.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing support, campaign coordination, or virtual assistant roles.
Experience working with remote teams is highly desirable.
Working Hours
Flexible remote work schedule.
Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable based on time zones and project needs).
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during campaign launches.
