Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly in line with brand guidelines.

  • Assist in the creation and curation of visual and written content that aligns with marketing campaigns and company objectives.

  • Track social media analytics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth metrics.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new strategies for increasing follower engagement and brand visibility.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.

  • Basic graphic design and photo/video editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands is preferred.

  • Experience with analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, or Google Analytics is an advantage.

  • Previous virtual assistant or remote work experience is a plus.

Working Hours
