Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and provide recommendations for coverage approval or modifications.
Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and claims teams to ensure informed decision-making.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to support underwriting strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Support the development of underwriting guidelines and risk management protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, insurance principles, and underwriting processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and risk assessment software tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in insurance underwriting, risk analysis, or related financial risk assessment roles.
Prior experience with property, casualty, or life insurance underwriting is highly preferred.
Experience in remote or virtual work environments is a plus.
