Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual HR Assistant to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup.
Respond to HR-related inquiries from candidates and employees in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in organizing virtual HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Generate HR reports and maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR processes and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR support roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in HR support, recruitment, or virtual HR assistance preferred.
Experience working in remote or virtual environments is a plus.
Working Hours:
Flexible remote working hours, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (depending on time zone).
Occasional participation in team meetings or interviews outside standard hours may be required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a virtual setting.
Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and project management software.
