Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, correspondence, and calendar schedules for executives and teams.

  • Organize virtual meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain digital files, databases, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.

  • Support project coordination and track deadlines to ensure timely completion.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders via email, chat, or calls.

  • Perform research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Experience
