Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle booking requests for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate and helpful information.

  • Assist clients with travel planning, itinerary creation, and modifications to existing bookings.

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to resolve issues or confirm reservations.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and travel preferences.

  • Monitor and update travel schedules, alerts, and confirmations to clients.

  • Provide proactive recommendations and solutions to enhance the client travel experience.

  • Support administrative tasks related to travel management, including invoicing, reporting, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms, airline reservation systems, and hotel booking tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

  • Basic knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel protocols is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel booking, customer support, or related administrative roles.

Working Hours:
