Your responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring client’s job requirements are satisfactorily met using applicab
le resources of the NDT and Supply Chain Services for on-time delivery of services, invoices, and reports.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Review incoming job orders and verify all necessary documents are provided and in order.
• Prepare and send the following documents e.g., Instruction to Inspectors which includes the scope of work, target budget for the job/project, type of inspectors to be deployed, duration of inspection, and other pertinent instructions based on the specifics of the job/project.
• Ensure that the inspection budget and expenses are tracked and controlled.
• Ensure that the technical and commercial matters related to a project/job are clear, reviewed, and approved by the NDT and Supply Chain Services Head/Business Director, and understood by the responsible API/NDT inspector/s.
• Ensure that concerns during the job/project are clearly communicated to the client with regular followthroughs and monitoring. Any major concerns are elevated to the NDT and Supply Chain Services Head/Business Director.
• Coordinate with the client representative for any technical or commercial issues that may be encountered during the job/project deployment and seek workable solutions with the approval of the NDT and Supply Chain Services Head/Business Director.
• Ensure that technical support is provided to the inspection team and/or client.
• Work with the inspector and report reviewer for the timely completion of the reports.
• Track the timeliness of inspection and job reports and ensure that billing statements are issued and submitted to the client along with the report.
• Monitor office tools, equipment, and consumables used during project executions and ensure that these are regularly maintained, calibrated, and recorded.
• Maintain job files and other quality records.
• Assist in the sales activities such as preparation and generation of sales proposals until conversion.
• Conduct ocular inspection and/or aid the inspection team during peak activities as needed.
• Conduct regular Operational Integrity and Operational Level I audits for jobs/projects.
• At all times, adopt safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
• At all times, comply with the SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.

About you
• College graduate, preferably with a background in engineering, materials science, non-destructive testing, and welding.
• Must be amenable to work in Makati
• Schedule and Set-Up: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Set-Up

Experience/Technical Knowledge:
• Has orientation and/or technical knowledge of conventional and advanced NDT techniques, ASME, and/or API standards.
• Has a good network with the oil & gas and the supply chain industries.
• Has good communication and interaction skills and is a team player.
• Core (Integrity, Work Standard, Customer Service Orientation, Communication), Professional/Technical Knowledge, Functional (Organization skills, Analysis/Problem Assessment, Attention to Detail/ Quality orientation, and Judgement/ Problem-solving), Leadership and Management Skills.
• Network ability and computer skills.
• Language: Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and verbal)
