The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Planning Virtual Assistant to support our growing team in managing and coordinating events remotely. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person events, including corporate meetings, webinars, workshops, and social gatherings.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to confirm event requirements and logistics.
Maintain and update event schedules, calendars, and task lists to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and reports.
Support the team in booking venues, arranging equipment, and managing vendor contracts.
Track event budgets, manage invoices, and ensure cost-effective planning.
Provide real-time support during events, including troubleshooting and coordination.
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare summary reports for internal teams.
Maintain an organized system of documentation and event records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in virtual assistance, event planning, or administrative coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).

Experience
