Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person events, including corporate meetings, webinars, workshops, and social gatherings.

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to confirm event requirements and logistics.

  • Maintain and update event schedules, calendars, and task lists to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and reports.

  • Support the team in booking venues, arranging equipment, and managing vendor contracts.

  • Track event budgets, manage invoices, and ensure cost-effective planning.

  • Provide real-time support during events, including troubleshooting and coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications
