Job description

GovCIO is seeking a BaseCamp SME (Remote) to support the management and maintenance of the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure.Maintain customer accounts, workgroups, and national data sets. Automate routine provisioning tasks. Migrate BaseCamp into the cloud. Support Sherpa developers with production and intake issues. Provide expertise regarding the business rules of BaseCamp and Sherpa. Provide technical support to the Customer Enablement team for all BaseCamp tickets. Develop, maintain, and document database tools, administrative strategies, and best practices. Design and implement data models and access layers to support new product functionalities. Solve complex technical challenges, providing innovative and strategic solutions.
