SquareSpace Expert Needed to Build 2 Recruitment Websites

Looking for an expert in B2B website updates specifically with experience in creating job boards on Squarespace. The websites are currently hosted on Wordpress and I would like to move it to Squarespace, but no Wordpress experience necessary - as we plan to redesign from the bottom up using Squarespace!

I recently took over managing 4 webpages for a recruitment company and I'm looking to make the websites look more updated and less Microsoft 2005. As it is a recruitment company, we are consistently posting jobs and I would love to revamp the look of our job board as well.

We would like the website to look similar to these:

The website redesign will be only 2 websites - precisiontalentgroup.com and precision-hc.com - as we are consolidating the precision-lifesciences.com and precision-ts.com into precisiontalentgroup.com.

This position will include coding as needed and a thorough knowledge of Squarespace. I would like the website to be coded as necessary, but I personally don't know how to code so I would like to be able to go in and make minor adjustments as needed just using the SS interface. Graphic design also needed - plus if you have experience building brand guidelines.

So, deliverables include:

1. Graphic design including creating background graphics as needed and similar to the example websites I shared

2. Creating 2 new websites (I can help with this - although I do not have experience coding so we can work together)
