Duties and Responsibilities may include:
•Assists with executive scheduling, maintaining calendars, and managing meetings and appointments.
•Communicates internally and externally to support organizational needs.
•Provides administrative support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
•Organizes and maintains efficient filing systems and creates SOPs and process flow charts.
•Assists the Marketing and Communications staff to ensure consistent company branding, as needed.
•Manages insurance documentation and employee benefits files.
•Ensures compliance with licensing and certification renewals.
•Onboards new staff, coordinating equipment and office supplies.
•Manages office equipment and inventory needs across multiple locations.
•Supports the Fleet Management and Safety Teams with vehicle coordination and training.
•Plans and executes company events, trainings, and meetings.
•Assists with general administrative tasks as needed and performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills:
•Exposure to architectural, engineering, design, and/or construction management services for all related market sectors strongly desired, but not required;
•Excellent professional writing/editing, leadership, communication, and organizational skills required;
•Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work in fast-paced environment;
•Commitment to accuracy, consistency, and quality;
•Strong ability to work under very tight deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously;
•High competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
