Warehouse Administrator

Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Pay: $18–$21/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse operations and ensure the smooth coordination of inbound and outbound shipments. This role is highly interactive and will require frequent communication with freight companies, warehouse staff, truck drivers, and customers. Experience with SAP is required, as this role involves data entry, order processing, and dock management.

Approximately 95% of this role will be spent at the driver door, entering orders, assigning dock doors, and communicating driver instructions over radio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process inbound, outbound, LTL, FTL, and small parcel shipments

  • Manage shipping, receiving, and repack activities

  • Perform driver check-ins and assign dock doors

  • Communicate effectively via radio and in person

  • Report and document overages, shortages, and damages

  • Conduct inventory audits and assist with cycle counts

  • Use SAP and warehouse management systems for data entry and inventory tracking

  • Scan and place inventory in correct warehouse locations

  • Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors and Material Handlers to meet customer and operational needs

Qualifications

  • SAP experience required (inbounds, outbounds, inventory management)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

  • Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team environment

  • Forklift experience a plus

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse setting with a mix of office and dock responsibilities. There is regular exposure to forklift traffic and warehouse equipment. Safety awareness and compliance are essential.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)

  • Must be able to kneel, crouch, reach, balance, and use hands/fingers for various tasks

  • Visual acuity required for reading, scanning, and computer work

Preferred Experience
