This is a fully remote night shift position ideal for candidates based in the Philippines who are comfortable working across Asia and US time zones. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries, assisting customers in real-time, and maintaining a high standard of service across multiple communication platforms. This position requires excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
Maintain and update customer records with accurate details of interactions.
Collaborate with the support team to meet daily response time and quality targets.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or supervisors when necessary.
Follow established communication guidelines, tone, and style across all interactions.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining patience, professionalism, and courtesy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent command of written and verbal English.

Fast typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 40 WPM preferred).
Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic computer tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy hours.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, especially night shifts aligned with Asia/US time zones.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, chat support, or any related field (preferred).
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in BPO or E-commerce support will be an added advantage.
