Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Customer Service Agent to join our growing remote support team in the Philippines. As a Live Chat Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple live chat sessions with customers promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining customer confidence.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate chat records using company software and CRM tools.

  • Meet or exceed daily performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.

  • Work collaboratively with the support and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (fluency required).

  • Comfortable using live chat platforms, CRMs, and ticketing systems.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role preferred.
