Key Responsibilities

Perform network health checks, diagnose connectivity issues, and escalate complex problems when needed.
Support the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Document network configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure network reliability and data security.
Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, protocols, and cybersecurity practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, etc.).
Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
Familiarity with networking equipment such as Cisco or Juniper routers and switches.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.
Experience
0 to 2 years of experience in network support, IT helpdesk, or system administration.
Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and enthusiasm for networking are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling options.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time).
Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required depending on project needs.
