Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search.
Manage and update company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) with engaging and relevant content.
Support SEO and SEM efforts by conducting keyword research and optimizing website content.
Coordinate with the design team to create eye-catching visuals, infographics, and promotional materials.
Help in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and new opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign results and recommendations for improvement.
Assist with email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and contribute innovative ideas to improve campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Flexible remote working hours (Monday to Friday).
Approximately 30–40 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible scheduling based on project needs.
