Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one or group online tutoring sessions using virtual learning tools and platforms.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the students learning level and goals.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of lessons, attendance, and performance reports.
Support students in test preparation, assignments, and concept understanding across relevant subjects.
Communicate effectively with students and parents to discuss progress and areas of improvement.
Stay updated on new teaching methods, online tools, and subject-related developments.
Ensure a positive, motivating, and respectful virtual learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Education or a relevant subject area (Masters degree preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Excellent time management, organization, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics and make learning interactive and enjoyable.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for online teaching.
Experience
Minimum: 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience (online or offline).
Preferred: Experience with e-learning platforms, curriculum development, or mentoring students remotely.
Fresh graduates with strong academic knowledge and teaching passion are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Part-Time | Flexible Schedule: 10–25 hours per week based on your availability and student requirements.
Classes may be scheduled during weekdays or weekends, depending on student demand and time zone compatibility.
