Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a Bilingual Chat Support Advisor to join our dynamic remote support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them via live chat in both English and Tagalog. You will help resolve product or service inquiries, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Tagalog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in both English and Tagalog through chat platforms.

  • Identify and assess customers needs to provide appropriate solutions and support.

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistency in service.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat platforms, CRM tools, and online systems.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, BPO, or chat operations (preferred but not required).
