Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and manage data across internal databases and spreadsheets.
Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into systems.
Maintain and update existing data records to ensure information remains current.
Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct inconsistencies.
Generate and prepare reports from entered data for internal use.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes.
Handle confidential and sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets as assigned by the supervisor.
Provide administrative support when required to enhance team efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
