  • Amazon Vendor Central Management:
  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor and resolve chargebacks, shortages, and other operational issues.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and Amazon deals (e.g., Lightning Deals, Coupons, A+ Content).
  • Vendor Relationship Handling:
  • Act as a point of contact between the company and Amazon Retail team (Vendor Managers).
  • Manage purchase orders, product availability, pricing, and inventory forecasting.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track product performance using Vendor Central analytics tools.
  • Provide regular sales and performance reports to management.
  • Use insights to optimize pricing, content, and product availability.
  • Content Optimization:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality product images, descriptions, and keywords.
  • Enhance product detail pages using A+ Content and Brand Store.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely product dispatches and replenishment.
  • Monitor Amazon forecasts and plan inventory accordingly.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address issues like chargebacks, PO discrepancies, return disputes, and operational defects.
  • Liaise with Amazon support for quick resolutions.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and listings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams for seamless operations.
