Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining solutions to solve key business problems.
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Design, test, and validate statistical models to forecast performance and optimize operations.
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to deploy models in production environments.
Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions and communicate results to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Data Scientist, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and classification techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and business acumen.
Experience
Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
Experience in leading data-driven projects from concept to execution.
Proven track record of deploying models in production and measuring business impact.
Working Hours
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
