Job Summary

You will work closely with management, IT teams, and other departments to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to interpret data trends and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights.

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.

  • Create and maintain data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.

  • Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

  • Support decision-making through advanced analytics and predictive modeling when required.

  • Present analytical findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, tools, and data visualization best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in using Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling concepts.

  • Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language).

  • Experience working with data integration tools and APIs.

  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

  • Prior experience in Power BI dashboard creation, automation, and optimization is required.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google BigQuery will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday).

  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST).

  • Flexible working arrangements and occasional remote work options available.
