About the Role

Zomato is seeking Live Chat Help Agents to provide real-time customer support through online chat. In this work-from-home position, you will assist customers with order issues, app navigation, payment concerns, delivery status, and general inquiries—all through chat-based communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Support users with order tracking, delivery delays, payment issues, and refund queries

  • Guide customers on using app features, menu choices, and account updates

  • Document chat conversations safely and accurately within internal systems

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialized teams when needed

  • Maintain high service standards, empathy, and problem-solving throughout interactions

  • Follow Zomatos defined processes, chat scripts, and service guidelines

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile apps

  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

  • Calm, patient, and solution-focused attitude
