  • Escalate critical cases to specialized support teams or internal departments

  • Document every case accurately in the system

  • Maintain high response quality, professionalism, and service efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: 12th pass minimum (Graduates preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to stay calm and professional during high-pressure or urgent scenarios

  • Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not mandatory
