Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and email with professionalism and empathy.

  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and tone consistency.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate recurring issues or product improvement opportunities.

  • Follow company communication protocols, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes.

  • Contribute to building a positive and customer-focused work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English with a strong command of grammar and tone.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling multiple chat/email threads.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency with computers, email platforms, and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).

  • Basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting common customer issues.

  • High level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with sensitive customer situations.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer support, service desk, or similar remote role preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent written communication skills and a strong desire to learn will also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule based on business needs.

  • Candidates should be available to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

  • Expected commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
