Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Track performance metrics and provide weekly or monthly reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams or clients to align content with ongoing campaigns, launches, or promotional activities.

  • Research and analyze trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of social media developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (either personal brand, business, or clients).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to create and edit high-quality visual and video content using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar platforms.

Experience
