Key Responsibilities
Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications under supervision.
Identify, document, and report software defects using testing tools and issue trackers.
Execute test cases, verify fixes, and validate new builds.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to improve product functionality and performance.
Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to understand product features and testing requirements.
Support the development of test plans and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Learn and implement QA best practices and modern testing methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with basic testing tools (e.g., Jira, Postman, Selenium) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

Collaboration with the global QA and development teams may occasionally require overlapping with different time zones.
