Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data within designated databases and digital systems.
Review and verify data entries for completeness, correctness, and consistency.
Conduct quality checks to identify discrepancies or duplicate records and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve data inconsistencies.
Manage sensitive or confidential information in accordance with company data privacy standards.
Generate reports, summaries, and data logs as required for internal reviews.
Maintain a high level of productivity and meet daily or weekly data entry and verification targets.
Support process improvements related to data management and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets), and database tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy under minimal supervision.
Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute) with high precision.
Basic understanding of data quality assurance principles and document verification processes.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Experience
0–2 years of experience in data entry, back-office support, or administrative operations preferred.
