Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for Data Management and Scheduling to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company data, coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and online records with high accuracy.
Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, including meetings, deadlines, and team events.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries for management.
Manage communication channels by responding to emails, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Support project coordination, ensuring timelines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Handle document management and file organization using cloud-based tools such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
Track team availability and manage appointment scheduling with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform research and compile information to support various business operations.
Identify process improvements and recommend automation opportunities for better workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Data Management Specialist.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software tools and platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in virtual administration, data entry, or scheduling coordination.
Experience working remotely or managing online communication systems is an added advantage.
Working Hours
Flexible remote work schedule.
Typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable based on project requirements and time zones).
Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required during peak business operations.

Strong data management and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity software and virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Asana.
