As part of our digital operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that user-generated content remains respectful, compliant, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate user comments, posts, and messages to detect spam, inappropriate content, or policy violations.

  • Approve or reject comments according to internal guidelines and community standards.

  • Identify patterns of spam or suspicious activity and report recurring issues to the management team.

  • Collaborate with the content and technical teams to improve moderation tools and workflows.

  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of moderation activity and flagged content.

  • Respond promptly to moderation-related queries and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Contribute ideas to improve the overall safety and engagement of the online community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.

  • Basic understanding of online moderation tools and digital communication platforms.

  • Ability to make quick, balanced decisions under pressure.

  • Familiarity with social media, comment management systems, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Disqus, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strong ethical judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or controversial content.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in online content moderation, social media management, or digital operations preferred.
