Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Spanish, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.

  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Monitor and report customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues to help improve service quality.

  • Assist in the development of customer support materials, FAQs, and guides tailored for Spanish-speaking clients.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
