Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a Virtual Assistant Messenger to support our communication, coordination, and administrative needs in a fully remote environment. This role involves managing daily online interactions, handling client and team communications via various messaging platforms, and ensuring timely responses and task follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy communicator who enjoys working independently and maintaining productivity in a digital workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily communication channels such as WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, and email.
Respond promptly and professionally to client messages, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendar management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure message accuracy and timely delivery of information.
Prepare short reports or updates based on team or client conversations.
Maintain and organize communication logs and data records.
Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, tracking updates, and document sharing.
Support digital marketing or customer engagement campaigns by sending messages and reminders when required.
Escalate complex queries to supervisors or the appropriate departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in using messaging apps, email tools, and productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
Comfortable working in a virtual environment with minimal supervision.
Good organizational and time management abilities.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a virtual assistant role (freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
Experience in remote work or online client communication is highly preferred.
