Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in a relevant field is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a related sector.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Experience
