Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in client services, customer support, or a related field.
Experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
Prior experience handling client accounts in B2B or B2C settings is a plus.
