Key Responsibilities

Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies and company objectives.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to maintain a positive online presence.
Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience interests to support content strategy.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Assist in managing paid social media campaigns under the guidance of senior managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar).
Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media analytics.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Internship or freelance experience in managing social media accounts is a plus.
