Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and verify data in various systems and databases.

  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.

  • Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and organize electronic files and records according to company procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Generate reports and summaries from databases when required.

  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all company and client information.

  • Adhere to data entry deadlines and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.

  • Strong keyboarding skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with data management systems or CRM software is preferred.

  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role (fresh graduates with excellent computer and typing skills are also encouraged to apply).

  • Previous experience working remotely will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule: Monday to Friday, with the option to adjust working hours within standard business time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Jakarta time).

  • Occasional weekend or overtime work may be required during high-volume periods.
