Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable Data Entry Operator to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in our internal systems with exceptional speed and precision. This role plays a key part in ensuring that company data remains up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible for decision-making and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems with accuracy and consistency.
Verify, correct, and maintain records to ensure all information is complete and error-free.
Retrieve and organize data as required by management or other teams.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry tasks.
Perform routine database backups and checks for data integrity.
Respond to queries related to entered data and assist in generating reports when required.
Follow standardized procedures and adhere to quality control guidelines.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or computer applications is an advantage.
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 35–45 WPM preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
Ability to maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of database management.
Reliability, time-management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or clerical support roles.
Freshers with good computer skills and typing speed are encouraged to apply.
Experience handling confidential data is a plus.
Working Hours
Flexible working hours available depending on business requirements.
Full-time: 35–40 hours per week.
Part-time: 15–25 hours per week.
Remote work options available for selected candidates.
