Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer at Dell Technologies India. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
• Provide feedback to management on ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong planning and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule including evenings and weekends.
