Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the founders schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and social media correspondence.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and business initiatives.

  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed to ensure a seamless workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.).

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or startup leadership teams.

  • Experience in a remote or virtual work environment is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with startup culture and fast-paced business operations is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, flexible hours.

  • Primarily remote work, with occasional meetings scheduled across time zones as needed.
