Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Amazon marketplace accounts, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability across multiple product categories.
Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and actionable opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform pricing, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
Implement operational best practices, process improvements, and automation where applicable.
Resolve escalated account or customer issues promptly while maintaining compliance with Amazon policies.
Prepare regular reports and present performance updates to senior management, highlighting key initiatives and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
Proven experience managing e-commerce accounts, preferably on Amazon or other major marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive business decisions.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and product listing optimization.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and e-commerce management software.
Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, operations, or online retail management.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly preferred.
Working Hours
Full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required to meet business needs or project deadlines.
